The complete GFAF application packet consists of an official application form and supporting documents (personal statement, Employment Data Form,
GRE form, certification of citizenship, two letters of recommendation, official academic transcripts, official financial aid transcript).
The 2003 application deadline is Feb. 28, 2003.
