SAP Partner Categories -- Education Partners

SAP's education partners support the development and delivery of customized end-to-end solutions by delivering the right education to the right users at the right time. Through their commitment to SAP, our education partners ensure that customers get maximum benefit from their mySAP Business Suite solutions.

SAP education partners:

• Support local strategy and objectives
• Add value to or fill a gap in SAP's delivery capability
• Add depth, breadth, or flexibility to SAP's solution capability
• Bring significant benefit to SAP and our partners
• Meet customer needs

Companies can become education partners in these two areas:

• Training Delivery Partner -- These partners provide local, specialized, or alternative delivery capability in their area of SAP expertise. They must meet SAP's criteria for competence and quality and have the necessary infrastructure to deliver and support SAP instructor-led classes.
• Specialist Expertise Partner -- These partners provide specialist services or products in their area of expertise -- for example, user education, e-learning, content development, or human performance improvement. They are recognized as market leaders and either provide best-of-breed products and services or work collaboratively with SAP to develop them. They must have the appropriate infrastructure and SAP expertise to support this activity.

Partnership Levels

Education partnerships are available at the following levels:

• SAP Partner - Education -- This partnership level recognizes companies that collaborate with SAP as specialist product or service providers. Commitment is demonstrated through joint local market development and service delivery.
• SAP Alliance Partner - Education -- These partners are education-related organizations that provide comprehensive best-of-breed educational solutions and have a proven track record as a local education partner. They demonstrate commitment through significant investment of resources and joint market development. Alliance partnerships are by invitation only and are subject to the approval of a regional vice president of education services.
