Membership Reward Program
Earning is Easy and the Rewards are Fun.
The Membership Reward Program recognizes and rewards members for their active participation and contributions to the SAP Community. Each time you log in to the community and interact with other members, participate in an event, respond to a survey, or subscribe to our newsletter you earn points that you can redeem for merchandise in the SAP Shop. Best of all, you don't have to do anything to enroll. As long as you're a registered SAP Community member you automatically earn points every time you visit.
Here's how you can earn points:

How to Redeem Your Reward Points
When you've earned a total of 1,000 points we'll e-mail you a voucher at the end of the month that includes a personalized link to the SAP Shop. The voucher is set to a fixed amount and lets you choose from over 100 products.
So join us often and find out how valuable a resource the SAP Community can be for you.
Membership Reward Program Terms and Conditions
The community member ("participant") agrees not to abuse the Membership Reward Program privileges by conduct which is detrimental to the interests of SAP, such as attempting to accrue points or spend points in a manner inconsistent with the rules of the Membership Reward Program. SAP shall be the sole arbiter in cases of suspected abuse and any decision it makes relating to the program shall be final and binding. SAP reserves the right to terminate, disable or make changes to the Membership Reward Program at its sole discretion.
- Points have no cash value
Points may be redeemed for merchandise from this site only.
- Points may not be transferred
Points may not be transferred to other participants or third parties.
- SAP reserves administration rights
SAP reserves the right to terminate, disable or make changes to individual participant information within the Membership Reward Program at its sole discretion.
- You are responsible for data supplied
Each participant is responsible for the shipping address information provided to SAP. All data entry errors made by participant are the responsibility of the participant.
- SAP is not responsible or liable
for hardware, software, Website, Internet, or ISP malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic or other communications.
- SAP shall be liable
for damages irrespective of legal cause, including tort, only if they (i) have to be compensated for under the German Product Liability Code or (ii) were caused by intent of SAP or (iii) were caused by gross negligence where the SAP's entire liability is limited to such damages and such damage volume, the occurrence of which SAP typically had to expect in accordance with the circumstances known upon conclusion of this Agreement. SAP and Participant agree that the amount of the typically foreseeable damage does in no event exceed EUR 1.000,-.
- Disputes must be submitted in writing

Participant agrees not to abuse the Membership Reward Program privileges by conduct which is detrimental to the interests of SAP.
- One account allowed per participant
There can be only one account for each participant. If you mistakenly have more than one account, please inform your program administrator.
- No delivery to Indonesia, Malaysia and India
SAP does not insure the goods against damage in transit. The ordering party shall check the goods for completeness and damage after delivery without delay and notify us immediately of losses. If the customer refuses without justification to accept the goods or service, SAP shall be entitled to claim damages for non-performance to the value of 15% of the agreed price plus all resulting shipping costs.
- The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany without UN sales laws shall apply.
- The sole place of jurisdiction arising out of the contract shall be Karlsruhe, Germany, if Participant is a company, a public corporation, or special fund under public law.
