A Bay View House is in a quiet but central area of the bay with priceless views across Port Stephens that are best enjoyed from your own patio as you take your time over breakfast. If the weather is not as delightful as usual you can sit in the comfort of your suite and still gaze over the same panorama through the huge picture window in your living room.

Access for our guests is via a separate driveway and parking is only a few steps from your suite. We have two suites each consisting of a Queensize bedroom with ensuites and a separate living area that has a TV, Video, stereo, fridge, dining setting, good quality sofa bed and yes, even the kitchen sink. A large glass sliding door leads onto the patio area in front of your suite where you can enjoy breakfast on the outdoor setting provided.

Complete the picture with the pool and hot tub and you are in your own personal mini resort that you can retire to for recuperation after a tiring day taking advantage of the Bays many tourist facilities and abundant natural features. We are central to most of the areas features, being less than a Km from three of the Bays beaches and close to restaurants, marinas, golf courses, clubs, dolphin cruises etc.

A cheese platter and basket of in season fruit along with tea and coffee making facilities and a delicious continental breakfast are in your room when you arrive. The breakfast consists of cereals, juices, breads( a toaster is provided), muffins or croissants and spreads that you can enjoy at your leisure during the following morning. If you wish, for a nominal charge, a full English breakfast can be cooked by the host on the BBQ in front of your suite, all you have to do is cook the toast. |

Our rates vary from Aud$100 to Aud$170 per couple per night and all of our rates can be negotiated depending upon time of year, length of stay etc. We offer substantial discounts on Dolphin watch , Whale watch and Dinner cruises all year around.
