If you are not satisfied after seriously using Elicina, by gently massaging a thin layer into your skin in the area you wish to improve, twice a day every day for a reasonable period of time ( at least 14 days for acne - and 4 to 8 weeks if you use it to improve scars, stretch marks or other skin problems you are grappling with, and according to the indications specified below), please send us an e-mail to contact@bioskincare.com within 60 days of the date of your purchase. We will e-mail you a return number and address where you must send the jar(s) back to us.

Please include your comment regarding what is it that has not satisfied you (valuable feedback for us). We only refund first time orders and up to two jars, for that much is enough to try Elicina, notice improvements and then keep using it until your body has completed the healing process triggered and accelerated by Elicina. If you request to return Elicina without having used it, and we agree, you must send the jar(s) back in the sealed and unopened box.

If you experience any problem with your order or shipping please be gentle. We are happy doing our best to solve problems and we still feel rewarded when we refund your hard earned money if appropriate. We will e-mail you a return number and an address where you must send back all the empty or unopened jars. We will promptly process the refund when we receive the jar(s). We do not refund shipping costs unless we have incurred in a shipping error. We deduct $9 for each jar returned to cover processing costs. And if the order returned is from outside the United States we deduct $7 more to cover our actual shipping costs for they are that much higher than what is stated at the shopping cart.

If we have to re-ship an order (or refund your money due to your error) a charge of $6.00 plus the cost of re-shipping (if applicable) will be charged if you are responsible for a wrong address. Same if nobody is at your address to receive the shipment from UPS or other carrier.

We are not responsible for lost packages, so we suggest that the returns be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS with certified delivery proof, UPS or FedEx.

If you return a product to our third party fulfillment center in Ohio or to our address in Nevada without previously asking us for a return number by e-mail we are sorry but will deduct an additional $7.10 to cover the cost of handling such return. And the refund will only be effective if we have received the jars and you do request your refund either by e-mail or letter.

If you request a return number by e-mail please be assured we will e-mail you back with both the return number (usually your order number) and the address of the fulfillment center where you must return the empty or un-used jars. If you keep e-mailing us requesting such it must be because you are not receiving our e-mail in response. This may happen if you use free e-mail accounts with hotmail, yahoo, excite or the like. For those are temporarily disabled if you do not use them regularly or when your e-mail box is full. The message to you may or may not return to us as undeliverable. If we receive an undeliverable message or if we get repeat e-mail from you concerning the return of your order we will refund your order according to the terms already indicated above and we will deduct the additional $7.10 stated above (as if your order has not been returned to the correct fulfillment center). You can avoid this extra deduction by sending the empty jars back to where they were sent to you from, including a note stating why you are returning the product and specifying you did try to contact us by e-mail.

Our money back guarantee is only for genuine customers who wish to try Elicina. It is not intended for those few who wish to try to abuse or take advantage of our generosity. Attempted abuse will not be tolerated.

Please Note: The reorder of Elicina will obviously establish you are satisfied with it. What this means is, please do not reorder and then say you are not satisfied. We have to protect ourselves from abusing of the guarantee and will not refund re-orders. Nor will we refund orders if you request to return it before you have used the product for at least 4-6 weeks. That also means we do not accept that you take Elicina for a ride to just sample it to satisfy your curiosity.

If you use Elicina for acne please be careful with the use of cosmetics (even those alleged to be non-comedogenic or not acne prone) and with certain birth control pills we list at this link for they may aggravate acne. Please check the links to learn about their effects, for those factors may counteract the treatment of your acne. And please be fair when and if you ask for a refund if you feel Elicina is not working for you.

If you are not satisfied with the results of Elicina for your acne, and instead of looking endlessly for a product that might work, the following will be of interest to you:

Acne is a complex condition that depends basically on excess sebum production in conjunction with toxins within your skin due to the intake of excess protein of poor quality, when at the same time you are going through hormonal imbalances...(specially during adolescence or if a woman during your period...) . The dead toxic proteins within the skin attract moisture from within the skin and from the outer layer making it feel dry when there is plenty of water inside.... in fact too much with the result of excessive pressure on the serbaceous glands as if they were "pinched off"... and them getting clogged and breaking out to the surroundings or to the exterior where the sebum is a rich environment for the development of acne bacteria... and thus inflammation and the skin lesions that characterize ACNE. Acne can not be eliminated it can only be placed under control.

Break outs will be milder and last a shorter time with the use of Elicina. Elicina is both a substance that triggers the regeneration of damaged tissues and a powerful antibacterial that fights acne bacteria within the skin follicles. 1.- Go to a sauna and get into it for 15 minutes (not more not less), then shower. Then back to the sauna for another 15 minutes.. then shower. 2.- Shift your diet, and stick strictly to it for two weeks. Eat loads of fresh fruits and fresh salads including tomato, avocado and virgin olive oil, plus fresh Brazil nuts (shelled) and 50 grams each day of high quality bio-available proteins in the form of raw fish such as sashimi (fresh fish the Japanese way without the rice) or raw tuna fish (fresh not refrigerated or canned).

3. Apply Elicina twice a day to speed the process of getting rid of acne bacteria within your skin follicles and to repair acne scarring.

PLEASE "TEST" ELICINA: If your scars or stretch marks are too large or if you have stretch marks in a large area of your body, may we suggest you "test" Elicina on only one small area or on one side of your body by applying a little on that area twice a day, every day for about two months (you will need two jars) and then compare with the untreated area. For best results for raised scars or rough stretch marks follow this massage routine: At night, two or three times a week (not more), take a relaxing bath and apply a strong massage with a wooden massager and a body scrub to exfoliate dead cells. Apply the body scrub and some moisturizer of your choice on the area to be massaged with the wooden massager. After the massage apply Elicina immediately on your reddened skin.
