Please note: The Clerk of the Court does not establish these fees. They are based upon Florida Statute or judicial order. The Clerk simply applies them uniformly to all customers.
Copy request: $1.00 per page and $1.00 for certification.
Copy request, plus check must be sent to Clerk of the Court with payment before copies will be made. Checks need to be made out to the Clerk of the Court.
Example- if you are requesting a document that is four pages, the cost would be $4.00. If the document is to be certified an additional dollar will be charged. The total cost will therefore be $5.00.
