Integration & Certification -- Integration & Certification Services
SAP has established Integration & Certification Centers (ICCs) where software vendors can get the services they need to support their integration efforts and to complete the certification process.
ICCs are located at SAP Headquarters in Walldorf, Germany, as well as at SAP Labs in Palo Alto, CA and Bangalore, India.
ICC Services
The services ICCs offer include:
-
Access to SAP test systems -- By subscribing to SAP Test System Access, software vendors can take advantage of the ICC Developer Package service in order to access a variety of SAP test systems via a remote connection. Also included is a Software Developer's Kit (SDK) as well as regular updates and downloads for SAP connectors.
-
Integration assessment -- Not all third-party software can be integrated using SAP predefined integration scenarios. Consequently, ICCs offer integration assessments that help software vendors design and develop new integrations -- including how to use existing interfaces, since integrations based on stable, released interfaces qualify for SAP certification.
-
Integration consulting and workshops -- By offering ICC Integration Technology Workshops, ICCs provide consulting on SAP integration technologies and organize regular workshops that focus on the various technology options available for integrating external software with SAP solutions.
-
Interface certification -- Vendors can submit their interface software to an ICC for certification testing. Once achieved, certified integrations are included in the SAP online partner and product directory for easy reference.
-
ICC premium services -- Vendors whose software has successfully passed interface certification can request performance and load tests for additional quality assurance.
If you're interested in interface certification or other integration service, you can apply for ICC services online or contact your regional ICC:
