Millbank House & the Shannon Region of IrelandMillbank House was built in 1733 by the Keays family and today is the home of Richard and Eleanor Keays. We welcome guests to our house who are in pursuit of a holiday to Ireland. Our speciality is fishing for Salmon, Wild Brown Trout, Pike and Coarse Fishing, but assist all visitors with holiday planning for other types of holiday. The house exudes a relaxed atmosphere and retains the wonderful characteristics of past greatness while offering all modern comforts for todays discerning angler. All large bedrooms are ensuite. Millbank has been taking care of guests for over thirty years and always looks forward to seeing many familar faces returning year after year. It has a long tradition of being one of Ireland's famous fishing houses with professional services available on site, so you need to do very little organising yourself, we do it for you. We have a number of tailor made holiday packages, geared at different types of angling at excellent prices. We will also assist you in tailoring your own holiday if preferred. We are located on the banks of the famous Mulcair River which is within a short driving distance of the many attractions and tourist spots in the Shannon Region. Limerick City is just 15 minutes drive from the house, if you care to do some shopping or wish to take your family for a day out. See Location Map

Customer CareOur primary concern is your satisfaction during your stay with us and that we play a full part in that endeavour. We have designed a booking request form to assist us in obtaining information about your interests and requirements prior to your visit. In addition, you can opt to be registered on our mailing list which will enable us to email you with news shots on local events, fishing and other news updates in the area.
