industry, and the lifestyle of a salesperson. The Real Estate Sales
Aptitude Test (RESAT) is designed to give you an opportunity to decide
whether to pursue a career in real estate sales.
The aptitude
test is available to anyone considering entering the real estate profession.
It provides some indication of the likelihood of your sales potential.
Test results
are reported only to individual participants and are not available to
the licensing authorities. Ultimately, the decision to pursue a career
in real estate must be made by the applicant alone.
If you wish
to take the test, complete and mail the application coupon below, together
with a money order or cheque, made payable to the British Columbia Real
Estate Association, in the amount of $37.45 ($35 plus $2.45 GST). Your
test results will be mailed to you within 3-4 weeks.
