Volunteers
SOAR is
in desperate need of volunteers to assist in a variety of duties.

volunteer now.
SOAR volunteer opportunities:
- walking dogs
- training puppies and
dogs
- taking a dog wearing
a special "Please adopt me" cape, to town and show him
off in public areas
- cuddling kittens and
puppies (just like human infants they need lots of physical love)
- petting cats and dogs
- feeding cats and dogs
and changing water
- sweeping the floor
of the cattery
- cleaning dog kennels
and cat cages
- taking a dog to the
beach
- adopting a dog or
cat for a weekend only
- helping with the laundry
- building a run
- doing general office
paper work
- helping with publicity
and fundraisers
- assisting with adoption
Saturdays
- answering phones
- transporting animals
to adoption sites, vet, etc.
- foster care
- transporting supplies
- building and grounds
maintenance
