Village Safe Water - Grants and engineering assistance to small communities for water, sewer and solid waste projects. Municipal Loans Program - Loans and engineering help to public and certain privately owned utility systems for drinking water and wastewater projects.
Municipal Grant Program - Partial grants and engineering help to larger communities for water, sewer and solid waste projects. Operator Training and Certification Program - Training program, exams and certifying of operators of community water and sewer systems. Remote Maintenance Worker Program - Over-the-Shoulder and emergency assistance to water and sewer system operators in over 150 remote communities.
