SAP Partner Categories -- Support Partners

To ensure high-quality support throughout the entire life cycle of a customer's mySAP.com solution, SAP works with third parties in its support activities and offers a partnership to committed companies. Partners in this area demonstrate their commitment by providing seamless support for joint solutions.

Support partnerships are available at the following levels:

  • SAP Alliance Partner - Support. Cooperating extensively with SAP, partners at this level are strong service or technology companies offering service and support consulting to SAP accounts in a regional market. Engagement at this level is high and enables joint local market development and support delivery.

SAP empowers the partner to become a solution provider for mySAP.com, delivering all service and support required to implement and use mySAP.com solutions. To ensure quality support, alliance partners must have a sufficient number of certified technical consultants with additional support-specific qualification.

  • SAP Global Alliance Partner - Support. These partners represent a select group of leading-edge companies with a dedicated SAP focus. Both SAP and a support partner demonstrate strong commitment through significant investments in resources and dedicated market funds.

SAP teams with partners to develop and implement joint support strategies. On a global basis, a partner is empowered to become a solution provider for mySAP.com and deliver the service and support required to implement and use mySAP.com solutions. Partners at this level ensure quality support by investing in a sufficient number of certified technical consultants with additional support-specific qualification.
