Governor Signs SB 210 - Overtime Bill
July 3, 2003 (Juneau) - Governor Frank H. Murkowski on Wednesday signed into law SB 210, which makes a 1999 amendment to the Wage and Hour Act retroactive to 1990. The amendment does not allow the same hour worked to be counted twice when calculating overtime. Details >

Bristol Bay On-Shore Area added to Lease Plan
