CSED Director
Revenue Commissioner Bill Corbus announced the appointment of John Main as
Director of the Child Support Enforcement Division. John succeeds
retiring Director, Barbara Miklos. Prior to his appointment,
John Main served as the Chief of Investigations for Child Support. He has
been with the division for the past 16 years.

To Request a Copy of your Taxes
The local IRS office is not providing customers with tax
information they may need to submit with their paperwork. If you do not
have a copy of your taxes you may need to request a printout from the IRS.
To do so you must submit an IRS Form 4506. Click on the following for

CSED and Court Forms
A number of child support forms are available on this
web site in the Adobe® Portable Document Format (PDF). This means that you
can view and print our child support forms from your computer. [CSED

If an Alaskan court issued your support child support
order, you can request a modification with forms that are now available. [Modification

KIDS Online Payment Information
The KIDS Online Payment Information shows the amount of money received
from the non-custodial parent, and when the check went out. It also
shows the monthly support amount and the total amount owed.

You can use CSED's Guideline Calculator to estimate the
amount of child support that may be ordered in your case. Click
