 
Fire and Sound Resistance of Building AssembliesTable A-9.10.3.1.B., Fire and Sound Resistance of Floors, Ceilings and Roofs, of the National Building Code of Canada 1995 (NBC) has been significantly expanded. The information in the accompanying Appendix Note, A-9.10.3.1., has also been updated. The Table may be used to select building assemblies for compliance with Article 9.10.3.1. and Subsection 9.11.2. The Canadian Commission on Building and Fire Codes has approved the revisions to Appendix Note A-9.10.3.1. and Table A-9.10.3.1.B. for immediate release.
