‘Beet’ Ireland Sea Angling Photo Competition

From the 24th of March 2003 until the 5th of October, Dutch Angling Magazine ‘Beet’ will organize a Photo Competition in cooperation with different Dutch tour operators and Tourism Ireland. Who catches the longest fish in Ireland? All photographs of fish caught from Official Irish Angling Boats can join in the competition where one can win an all inclusive angling trip to Ireland (provided by Tourism Ireland) and different fishing prices (provided by Fishing4Ever).

People that book an angling trip through one of the three participating tour operators will receive a contest form. The forms are also available at Fishing4Ever shops.

There are 6 categories in which people can join the competition. Pollack, conger, thornback, blue shark and wrasse. The angler who catches of the longest fish per category wins an angling trip to Ireland. One needs to send a photograph of the fish next to a measuring tape along with the name of a witness to the Sea Angling Miracle.

The participating organisations are: P&S Visreizen, De Vluchtende Visser, BBI Shamrock tours, Fishing4Ever and Tourism Ireland.
