Lifetime Guarantee

RESTIN' READY CORPORATION, ("COMPANY") extends a limited lifetime guarantee on the Restin' Ready™ rod holder.  The Restin' Ready is guaranteed free from defects in material and workmanship for the natural life of the consumer/purchaser.  COMPANY will promptly exchange, without charge, a replacement component for any Restin' Ready component (case excluded) that is shown to be defective or worn beyond use, provided such defects or wear are not attributable to or resulting from abuse*, alteration, or negligence.  COMPANY reserves the right to validate any claim.  This guarantee is made valid by purchaser mailing the completed guarantee card within 30 days of purchase to RESTIN' READY CORPORATION, Suite 165, #518, 4880 Lower Roswell Road, Marietta, GA, 30068-5611.  COMPANY shall not be liable for loss of any component of the Restin' Ready Rod Holder Kit.  This guarantee gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.  [The carrying case is an accessory not covered by this guarantee, but additional cases may be purchased via the internet.] Packages received without a valid Return Authorization Number will be refused and returned to sender.
