1) Who is
Koh-Lanta-Hotel.com? Are you reliable?
Koh-Lanta-Hotel.com is the Internet Division of Royal Exclusive
Travel Co., Ltd., established in Thailand since 1994. We are not
simply an Internet agent who can be some body, but a legitimate
travel company with a solid background. Our agency is registered
with the Tourism Authority of Thailand and holding TAT license
number of 11/1620. We constantly try our best effort to offer a

2) Why are your hotel rates generally
cheaper than the others?
We reserve your rooms through different hotel wholesalers who in
turn got large block of rooms from the hotels, thus making our
prices more competitive than the others.
3) How can I
book the hotel that I am interested in?
At Koh-Lanta-Hotel.com, you can find the hotel description, various
hotel photos and the room rates of the listed hotel. You can use
our Online
Reservation Form, with hyperlink provided at the bottom of
each page to input your reservation request.
In case you would like to ask some questions prior to the booking,
you can use the Send

Our Customer Service Team are highly responsive to reservation
requests and enquiries. Generally you can expect our response
within an hour to one business day depending upon the volume and
queue.
4) What form
of payment can I make? When do I pay?
When you are making the hotel reservation with us, you do not have
to provide any credit card detail without knowing whether you
would get the room confirmation or not. Payment will be requested
before a given deadline in order to guarantee the room, ONLY AFTER
you have received our confirmation e-mail. We accept Credit Card
of Visa, Master and American Express. Payment by bank draft or
telex transfer is also possible upon request.
Once we receive your hotel reservation request, we will
immediately process your booking with the hotel. If the reply from
the hotel is positive, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with
a given deadline. In case the reply from the hotel is negative
which could happen during the high or peak season, we will try our
best to find another alternative hotel and inform you accordingly
for your review and decision.
5) I would
like to pay for the room directly at the hotel. Is it possible?
In the hotel industry, there are different channels of reservation
to the hotel, thus resulting in different pricing structure.
Although the hotel is the final accommodation provider, the room
rates can be varied for the same hotel and even for the same room,
depending upon through what channel the hotel receives its booking
from.
The room rates provided on Koh-Lanta-Hotel.com are already the Special
Discounted Rates based upon Pre-payment Basis. These
rates are applicable only if booked through our website and are
not available at the hotel.
In case you wish to pay your room directly at the hotel upon check
in or check out, you should then make the reservation directly
with the hotel or with the other travel agents that support
"Direct Payment at the Hotel". As explained above, the
pricing structure will be different and please be reminded that
the "Discounted Rates on Pre-payment Basis" are not
applicable for this reservation channel of "Direct Payment at
the Hotel".
6) What is
the cancellation and refund policy of the hotel after I pay?
The Cancellation Policy for each individual hotel is unlikely to
be the same and can be varied depending upon the season. In every
e-mail confirmation, we will notify you of the cancellation policy
in case you have to cancel your booking after you make the
payment. Please take note of this cancellation policy carefully
since some hotel may not impose any penalty charge if cancelled X
number of days before the arrival date, while some only 1 night,
and while some - ALL.
We are fair and square! The remaining amount after being subjected
to cancellation charges will be refunded back to you by your
credit card, bank draft or bank transfer.
