Taxi:
Taxis in Prague are a lottery. We have known people who took
the wrong taxi to pay $50 for a 10 minute ride. Arguing with
these characters is not a good idea either. Most of them don't
take kindly to not being paid. There are a few good companies
however we strongly recommend that you will use our services.
We can arrange a taxi for you for only 550 crowns.
Alternatively we can arrange everything for you.
You need to send a mail with estimated arrival time and flight
number. Once we have this information it will be arranged.
The flat rate is $15 USD in the daytime. MORE ABOUT OUR PICK-UP

mini-bus: The difference between this bus and public transport
is that it takes you directly to the centre without the need
to change. The final destination is Namesti Republiky which
is only a short walk to the old town. This bus costs 90 crowns
per person (min 4 persons - but if you are alone there are
normally other passengers waiting too). Several of these minibuses
are normally waiting right outside the terminal building.
Bus, tram and metro: This is a small marathon and is best
avoided. It does only cost 12 crowns though!
There are only three metro lines in Prague, so you shouldn't
get lost, though the platform signs are confusing. You need
to head for Namesti Republiky or Mustek stations. |
