Foreign Language On-Site.

Why foreign language training?

  • In an increasingly interconnected business world, global managers must communicate with suppliers, clients, and colleagues from many language backgrounds.
  • Trans-national mergers and acquisitions result in a linguistically diverse workforce.
  • Managers whose work requires them to make frequent trips abroad need language skills for traveling and socializing in the countries they visit.
  • Language training can be a powerful recruitment and retention tool, helping high-potential employees develop valuable skills for moving up in the organization.
