Why foreign language training?
- In
an increasingly interconnected business world, global managers must
communicate with suppliers, clients, and colleagues from many language
backgrounds.
- Trans-national
mergers and acquisitions result in a linguistically diverse workforce.
- Managers
whose work requires them to make frequent trips abroad need language
skills for traveling and socializing in the countries they visit.
- Language
training can be a powerful recruitment and retention tool, helping high-potential
employees develop valuable skills for moving up in the organization.
