Question: "What time
is check-in and check-out?"
Answer: 13:00 check-in and 11:00 check out. The local office
in Barcelona may arrange an earlier check-in or a later check out,
depending on availability and previous notice. This may only be
arranged the day before your check in or check out, as our availability
changes rather quickly. The reservation department can not guarantee
either one, please contact the Barcelona office.

Question: "Is the Price
per Apartment or per person?"
Answer: In general it is per apartment, although if it is over a certain amount of people we will charge per person.

Question: "Do all apartments
have double beds?"
Answer: Mostly we have singles that can push together, a
few of our places have doubles.

Question: "Do I get
fresh towels and soap?"
Answer: Yes, and much more.

Question: "Are there
any additional fees?"
Answer: Yes, we are charging a 25 euro final cleaning fee.

Question: "Is breakfast
included?"
Answer: No, but there is no need as all apartments have a
kitchen, and there are several restaurants downstairs. |

Question: "Is there
a lift?"
Answer: Most of our places do have a lift although some of the places in older buildings may not. Please ask us first if this is an important issue for you.

Question: "Are the
apartments near the centre?"
Answer: All our apartments in Barcelona are either in the
XIXth century Eixample district or the Old Town. We also have a
few apartments situated right on the beach. These are a bit further
from the centre, nevertheless very well connected by metro with
the rest of the city. |

Question: "Are the
apartments safe?"
Answer: Yes. Safety is one of the qualities we stress most
when choosing the best apartments. Besides, the areas we choose
are probably the most protected parts of the city.

Question: "Can I bring
a pet?"
Answer: No, sorry no pets allowed |

Question: "How many
people can share 1 apartment?"
Answer: Studio apartment: 2-4 people, 1 bedroom apartment:
2-4 people, 2 bedroom apartment: 4-6 people, Large apartments: 6-8,
Superior apartments: 11. |

Question: "How do I
pay?"
Answer: A 30% fee will be taken initially from your card
as a deposit. You pay us in cash Euro or by credit card (2.5% surcharge,
AMEX 4.5%) for the whole stay. In specified cases we also allow
banking transfer. |

Question: "What does
the check-in look like?"
Answer: When you arrive in Barcelona you MUST call us 30
minutes before you arrive on the phone number previously supplied
on your confirmation voucher.We meet all our guests at their apartment.
There, you are asked to fill in our guest form, facilitate the payment
and receive your keys. Our reception and staff are ready to serve
and help you during your entire stay. In the end you leave the keys
in the apartment

Question:"How can I
make my reservation with minimum delay?"
Answer: Send a request for your preferred apartment and write
into the comments field that if available you are reserving the
apartment provisionally. If we reply that the apartment IS available,
secure your booking instantly. Then we send a formal confirmation
letter. Even quicker way is, however, telephone booking. NOT CONFIRMED
RESERVATIONS MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED. |

Question:"How do I
secure my booking?"
Answer: Like most of accommodation businesses nowadays, we
need our bookings to be secured beforehand and for mutually binding
reservation require your guarantee. As a rule, we can make preliminary
bookings for you immediately upon your request, depending just on
your choice and current availability. However, before sending confirmation
letter, we will ask you for your credit card number and expiry date.

These details can also be safely sent to us by fax or simply phoned
to our booking department in our working hours. Another option is

does your company exist?"
Answer: In early summer 2002 it was 2 years since the company
had been founded in Warsaw. We were the first company in the region
maintaining serviced apartments. At present, we offer a widening
range of services and are experienced to make your stay safe and
pleasurable. |
