The jurisdiction of the Consulate General encompasses all of Southern Italy: the regions of Campania, Puglia,
Basilicata, Molise, Calabria, and the island of Sicily. The Consulate General in Naples is a multiple agency post with a
total complement of 45 persons. It is responsible for the full range of Foreign Service work -- consular, public diplomacy,
political, economic, commercial, and administrative as well as overseeing the activities of the Consular Agency and Public
Affairs office in Palermo, Sicily. The Consul General is the senior official U.S. representative in southern Italy.

Office hours are 8:00-13:00 and 14:00-17:00. We can be reached by phone, fax, and mail.
The American Citizen Services Unit is open to the public for passport applications and notary services only from 8:00
– 12:00.
