Very great host, friendly, live, technical support. Will go above the call of duty for you. Great prices. I've noticed better uptime than they had promised, so VERY good!!!

Control panel sets up all sorts of hard stuff for you like php forums, websites, shopping websites, chat, and lots of other GREAT stuff that would take you hours to do can be done with a few mouse clicks!

I would DEFINITELY recommend these guys to ANYONE!

Servers are VERY fast!

I feel VERY LUCKY to have found HostDime.com. They have been there for me all the time with first class support. Thier prices can't be touched by anyone on the web. They are always available to answer questions, they know what they are talking about and work non-stop to get to the bottom of what ever you need help with. I would strongly reccommend HostDime to ANYONE! Alot of storage, great control panel, great features, EXCELLENT support, CHEAP!! Best ive ever seen!

The problems I had initially were because of my unfarmiliarity with the FTP transfer, plus I did not have the DNS configured properly. My heart goes out to your support staff, having to deal with all of the newbies out there. But your team does an excellent job. They are very knowlegable and very patient. The webmaster did exactly what I asked and recreated the account so I could start over. Excellent pricing and outstanding service. I would not change hosting plans if you paid me! Very good hosting company. extremely affordable, excellent customer service (especially with AOL IM availability) excellent account options, bandwidth, diskspace, etc. i have no compaints. they have helped me through 2 domain transfers with only minimal frustration on my part with the old hosting companies. they even helped me through that. plus i feel like maybe im helping out another "little guy" in the big buisness world, just like my businesses.

Looking for a great hosting company??? The guys at Host Dime are GREAT! You would think for the little they charge for their hosting plans, their customer support would be lacking. Well, its not, by far. They have 24 hour support and you can even talk one on one with a live person through AOL Instant Messenger at any time. They have even contacted me to see how things were going. They are as reliable as the “bigger” guys and use the same equipment. If you are looking for a hosting company, don't let their insane low prices fool you into thinking it is to good to be true. It is true and it is VERY good. The hosting company I was with before them cost me 10 times what I am paying and it took them 3 to 5 days to answer my questions and most the time, the answers were form generic answers. I am very pleased with the support and the hosting they provide. I will be with them for a very long time. If you have questions, you can contact them on AOL Instant messenger at Dimelive and ask them anything. I am not paid for these comments; these are my words and feel they deserve everyone’s business…high fives all around for you guys! I found Hostdime through some host search sites. I was impressed by the user ratings they have so I decided to go with them and have been more than happy ever since. There support is the absolute best I have ever seen and I have hosted with other companies. I would reccomend them very highly. Choose Hostdime! You will not be dissapointed. We are located in Japan and we have tried many other
hostings before but all of them could not meet our needs.
Host Dime helped us install certain software which is a
must to run it in U.S. and they did it for us.

I have tried Many-A-Hosting companies.. Lots of them promise Live AOL or Yahoo Support or 24X7 Ticket Support.. It's funny how whenever I have a problem they (the other hosts) are never ever ever ever on-line... There was one time in which I had a problem with my site after hours... Looked online and BOOM! HostDime WAS on AOL! I sent a message and my issue got resolved within minutes.. They were actually ON-Line and willing to help... And the best part.. a few days later.. I got a return IM asking if the problem ever came back... The host was actually looking to see if my problem returned... Awesome!!! That rules! if you are looking for a host to call home.. These guys are great!, Three is occasional down-time, but not any more than any other ISP out there. If the site is down, they have allways been right on it. Great to work with these guys!!!

After having the worst dealings with OnMatrix.com, I was referred to HostDime. Viewing their site I knew I would choose them. They had a professional design, fast site, side by side hosting plans for easy reviewing. Having NO Tech Support on OnMatrix, I checked their Support Section. They even had a staff member that had AOL Instant Messenger. After choosing the 'Average' Plan which is a great buy, I signed up. The process was quick, easy, and with no errors. Minutes later I received emails which contained a Temporary URL (which I had to request from OnMatrix) A live cPanel address (even before the DNS on my domain switched over) And FTP Instructions. Minutes later I was uploading my whole site via FTP. The FTP was so Incredibly fast Most files didn’t even have the Upload process screen come up. (I Have Cable) 10 Minutes later my whole Site was uploaded. Since then I have started to edit options using their cPanel. This control panel has to have the best interface I have ever seen. Since the DNS has been switching, I’ve gotten to use the Web Mail, and edit my error pages. I am a web designer. I have nothing but praise for HostDime, and will link to them Off my website. I will also refer them to my clients for Hosting services, and fellow web designers.
