Stevie Nicks - The Queen of Rock

Stevie Nicks looking like the Queen of Rock (as usual.)Here is the lovely Ms. Nicks. Just in case you are a total geek, I will tell you that she is the main star (in most people's opinion) of the group Fleetwood Mac and she is also a very popular solo artist. You remember that song that goes, "Just like the white-winged dove, sings the song sounds like she singing....Ooh baby...ooh...ooh." Yeah, that's her. Now you remember, right? And you thought she was saying the "One-winged dove" or "white-winged love" or some other whacked out thing, right? I know. I was clueless too for the majority of my life. But NOW YOU KNOW!! Don't you feel like a weight has been lifted from you? By the way that song is called "Edge of Seventeen." Who would've guessed? Not I. I always thought it was the "Himalaya Song" because the Himalaya was the ride at the amusement park where I was when I heard the song. My brother still calls it that.
"Sisters of the Moon" - Mirage Tour (P.S. Stevie Rules)You should hear Stevie wail here in a minute during this song. I don't guess you can hear it through the picture though. But, I can assure you, IT IS BAD AS HELL!! Stevie rocks out like you wouldn't believe! This is a picture of her singing a song called "Sisters of the Moon" on the Mirage Tour video (with Fleetwood Mac.) This video ROCKS!!
Doesn't she look sweet? Here is a cute picture of Stevie when she was young. Sitting there all innocent like she doesn't realize that she will one day be the QUEEN OF ALL ROCK MUSIC!

The new Fleetwood Mac album, "Say you Will" is scheduled for release in the US on April 15th. Visit 'The Stevie Nicks Underground" to download the songs (some clips and some full length) and read the lyrics. This is a great site. :)

And of course, a Stevie page just isn't a Stevie page without a few links to the REAL Stevie pages. This is NOT what would be considered a REAL Stevie page by the Stevie elite crowd. But I did want to have a page dedicated to her, nonetheless. So, with no further delay, here are the REAL Stevie pages:

Visit Kitten's website for even more NEW Stevie music. Now THIS is really the site you want to see. And she has an awesome Rhiannon page!

The Nicks Fix (Stevie actually talks to this guy John Kinney. I am very impressed by this, needless to say.)

Enchanted - This is the mailing list that I am on. These are die-hard Stevie fans. There is something like 200 people on this list. I can't read that much Stevie mail, so I just get it in digest and read it when I can. They also have a Stevie website with some info and links.

Stevie Nicks FAQ by CL Moon - This is the most informative site on Stevie that there might possibly be. It is a very simple Q and A format with links, but it is very interesting reading. READ THIS PAGE BEFORE YOU JOIN THE MAILING LIST. This way you won't ask dumb questions that everyone else already knows the answers to. I don't know where CL Moon gets her info, but let me tell you, she is well-informed about everything having to do with Stevie. You can even get a wav. file here of Stevie saying, "I am not a witch." This was of course inspired by the question, "Is Stevie Nicks a witch?" Duh! Of course she is.....not. Hmmm...well...some people would take issue with me on the subject I'm sure. Stevie has always denied it, but she also says a lot of things that would lead you to believe otherwise. Her songs are very witchy also. Just so you know. I'm not taking sides either way. She can remain a mystery, as far as I'm concerned.

I may put up more later, but all you really need to know is either on the Nicks Fix or the Nicks Fix will have a link to it.
