CARP CORPORATION ...specialized in Diving. A NAUI and PADI pro-facility for scuba diving and certification, with well trained and professional Dive Masters and Instructors available at your service. The only diving center with facilities at CARP ISLAND RESORT located at the heart of the rock islands, onsite dive center, the PALAU DIVING CENTER-nearest and most convenient assembly point to any diving spots. Offers (2) two- tank dive daily. Dive into famous diving spots like the blue corner, big drop-off, blue hole, turtle cove, chandelier cave, reef wall and wreck diving. Average diving depth is 60ft to 80 ft. 3rd dive & night diving is available for a minimum of four (4) pax. For non-divers, snorkeling could be enjoyed with the fascinating colorful corals and small fishes. Sport fishing and leisure fishing are also available by casting, bottom or trolling. Experience getting in-touched and be enveloped with the emerald green waters of the island and enjoy the amazing scenery of the rock islands we fondly call floating gardens. Guests who only want to savor the best of Carp Island Resort could enjoy swimming with the beauty of the pure white sand beach, kayak around, snorkel, or get familiarized with the whole island by a jungle tour to the islands lush forest, and see the famous stone money.

CARP ISLAND RESORT
Part of Peleliu State, 15 minutes boat ride from the mainland of Peleliu and a 45-minute-speed boat ride from the city of Koror. The only private star-shaped island with pure white sand beaches, station home of frigate birds, white egrets, and so many others. Shows window of stars at night, sunrise & sunset at its fullest. Daily schedule of boat to depart from Koror to Carp Island Resort is at 8:00 in the morning and returns to Koror at 4:00 in the afternoon. Due to this transfer schedule, guests are required to stay a night in Koror upon arrival & prior to departure. However, for direct transfer to Carp Island Resort, a boat charter could be arranged upon advance notice, available at daytime only. Group divers of five (5) persons and above could avail a free direct transfer to Carp Island Resort at daytime subject to boat availability and weather condition. Cottages are located along the white-sand beaches equipped with fans (no hot shower & air-condition facilities) with a rustic type of accommodation. There is only 1-restaurant serving buffet breakfast & dinner, and a set menu lunch. Power source is from a generator and due to this, power & water shortage is sometimes encountered between 9:00AM-2:00PM when most of the guests are out for diving. The place is remote, ideal for divers, nature lovers, and a great hideaway from the hustle & bustle of city life……….

TO GET IN PALAU:
Most visitors of Palau arrive on Continental Micronesia by way of Guam, the international hub for the Micronesian region. Asian & European visitors come via Manila & Taipei with two weekly flights. Japan Airlines' charter flights connect Palau with other Metropolitan Asian Countries.
CLIMATE:
Palau enjoys a pleasantly warm climate all year round with an annual mean temperature of 82 ‘F (27’C). Rainfall can occur throughout the year with an annual mean average of 150 inches. The average relative humidity is 82% and although rain falls frequently between July and October, there is still much sunshine. Typhoons are rare, for Palau is located outside the typhoon zone. Diving in Palau could be enjoyed all year round.

Seaside Cottages
Four duplex cottages built island style off the ground, an ocean view cottage that provides the panoramic view of the beach while relaxing in the balcony. The room is equipped with ceiling fan, shower & toilet. Available for single, twin & triple occupancy.
New Cottages
Four independent bungalow type of cottages. An ideal room for a family, built in an island style off the ground, overlooking the ocean, equipped with ceiling fan, shower and toilet. Available for single, twin and triple occupancy.
De Luxe Room
A single bungalow ideal for honeymooners, with a good view of the ocean, equipped with ceiling fan, shower & comfort room. Available for single & twin occupancy.
Suite Rooms
One duplex cottage best for honeymooners and a very ideal room for a family with a spacious room, wide balcony at the front overlooking the ocean and a balcony at the back too. Equipped with ceiling fan, shower and comfort room. Available for single, twin & triple occupancy.
Divehouse
Private rooms ideal for diver's convenience and comfort. Seven rooms with two single beds and three rooms with two double-decked beds best for group divers. Each room has fan. Showers & toilets are communal at an adjacent building.
Restaurant
A separate restaurant facility serving buffet breakfast, set menu lunch, and buffet dinner in Japanese, American and Oriental menus. Type of menus is based on the nationality of guests checked-in. Seafood specials must be requested two (2) days before the desired date. A place where complimentary coffee and tea at self-service is available all day long. A place for video watching after a day's diving spree.

OTHERS:
Upon arrival at the resort, all luggages are delivered to the rooms directly. Check-in time for divers is after diving at around 2:00 PM and checkout time is 8:30AM before diving. Starter divers who are scheduled to dive are advised to separate their diving equipment from their check-in luggage. For non-divers, check-in time is upon arrival to the resort provided the room is not occupied the night prior or else, check-in will be at 12:00 noon.
Schedule of hotel pick-up in Koror is at 7:30 AM. Prior advice of hotel name in Koror is required.
