This exclusive tour brings you to the ancient town of Thailand such as Pitsanuloke and Sukhothai by Air-conditioned Day Train called Sprinter train, and visit palaces and temples. Travel to Lampang for horse carriage, and sightseeing in Chiangmai with its top attractions such as Doi Suthep, Home Indurstry with Elephant riding. Extension of stay in Chiangmai is possible

DAY 1   Bangkok-Pitsanuloke

Pick up at your hotel in Bangkok, and transfer to the Bangkok Railway Station. Board the train and depart to Pitsanuloke by Air-conditioned Sprinter Train. Upon your arrival, meet with the guide and transfer to the hotel. City tour: Wat Phra Sri Mahathat, and revered Wat Phra Phutchinarat and the Buddha factory to see how Buddha images are produced. In the evening, stroll along the street of the Nan River to see the amazing Flying Morning Glory. Overnight in Pitsanuloke.

DAY 2    Pitsanuloke-Sukhothai-Lampang-Chiangmai

Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Sukhothai and the Srisatchanalai to see historical sites of temples and palaces. Further upto Lampang for horse carriage around the city before continuing to Chiangmai. Overnight.

DAY 3      Chiangmai

Breakfast. Morning tour to Elephant Working Site in the forest to see how big elephants are used in hauling logs. Continue to the beautiful Orchid Farm Afternoon,Visit one of the most sacred temple of North - Wat Phra That Doi Suthep built on hilltop in Northern-Thai style and containing holy relic of Buddha. You can enjoy seeing the panoramic view of the whole city. Overnight.

DAY 4   Chiangmai-Bangkok

Breakfast. Tour to the famous handicraft Village of Borsang, where you can see local skill in silk weaving, wood carving, silver & lacquerware making & making of colorful paper umbrellas. Transfer to the train station or airport for returning to Chiangmai. (If return by train, arrive Bangkok next morning)

  1. Depart Chiangmai 16:25    Arrive Bangkok 05:30 a.m. (next morning)
  2. Depart Chiangmai 18:00    Arrive Bangkok 06:50 a.m. (next morning)
bulletFor Plane option, there are almost hourly flights between Bangkok and Chiangmai for both going and returning which is at your selection.
bulletMost of the hotels impose a compulsory Gala Dinner for the night of 24 Dec (X'mas Eve) and 31 Dec (New Year's Eve).  We will advise you this additional Gala Dinner cost if your stay at the hotel corresponds to X'mas and New Year's Eve.
