AWARD Winning Programs - International Impacts
The most notable program developed by SR Enterprises is Future
Fisherman Foundation's "Hooked On Fishing - Not On
Drugs®." The program
began as a letter from a 14-year-old boy and SR Enterprises developed
it into a K-12 educational program used today in schools throughout
the U.S., Puerto Rico, American Samoa, and Norway. The program
received recognition from three U.S. Presidents and the Prime
Minister of Norway as well as numerous awards. However, the greatest
rewards from the program were the tremendous positive impact on the
lives of youth and families.
Other Programs Developed
National 4-H Sportfishing Program - Coordinated the initial overall
developed of an annual national workshop to train adult teams in
coordinating and teaching sportfishing programs throughout state 4-H
programs.
STEP OUTSIDE® - Worked
with client to develop a plan and materials to instill in outdoorsmen
and outdoorswomen, as part of their personal outdoor ethic, a
commitment to introduce annually at least one newcomer to the
traditional outdoor sports and activities.
