Bow hunters! Thanks for considering a Lightning Longbow. When I started crafting longbows, my goal was to create a traditional, smooth, fast, flat shooting bow, and at prices all bow hunters can afford. I have created some great Reflex-Deflex bows in lengths from 60" to 68" in two inch increments. I have now added a Hill Style Bow in Howard's favorite length. This 69" sweetie will surprise you on smoothness and speed. And with great accuracy, as straight limb bows have.
As a young bow hunter in Ohio & PA. I've spent many hours in the tree stand. I know you'll love the 62" bow as much as I do, when I travel back to PA. to spend some quiet time in the stand.
My bow handles have a straight grip common to good longbows. If you want a hand locator grip, please specify when ordering. Also, if you want a particular handle-limb wood combination, I'll be glad to discuss it with you.
The bow finish is a very durable, very flexible epoxy finish which can be high gloss, satin or flat.
A good longbow is an extension of your arm and shoots where you're looking. My bows have that kind of feel and accuracy. Once you shoot a Lightning Longbow I guarantee you won't forget the smoothness, accuracy and speed.
