Converted from a C17th working oasthouse, Hallwood Oast retains much of the rustic charm and character of it's former days. The entire building was originally used for the process of hop drying until it was sympathetically converted in 1990 to serve as the main farmhouse.

Consistently highly graded by the AA, Hallwood Oast also features in the Which? Best B & B Guide. The guest accommodation, which is non-smoking, is within the hop 'cooling' area of the oasthouse and offers a perfect B&B holiday base for visitors planning to travel to and stay in the South East of England.

The two ensuite guest rooms are named after varieties of hop. "Fuggle" is a double room and "Bramling" is a twin. Both are spacious and thoughtfully furnished, with original exposed beams. The bathrooms and bedrooms are thoughtfully stocked with complementary products for you to enjoy during your stay. More Bedroom information.....
