Our small hotel with 20 rooms is the best location in Nice. Its just 60 meters from the beach and a couple of minutes walk from the main square and old town in Nice. It is one of the most economical hotels near the old town and tourist area. All rooms have a toilet, tv, telephone and especially a kitchenette which saves you from having expensive meals outsdoors. The rooms are clean and safe and the beds are new!! Really helpful staff is present to make your trip unforgettable.
Please note that the reception closes at 20H30 every day except Sundays and public holidays when it closes at 18H. Arriving outside these times is no problem as we have a special procedure to get in but PLEASE ask for it if you think you may arrive after these times.We provide you with your own set of key enabling you to come and go as you like.

From the train station take the Rue Gounod opposite the station.There is a big post office on the corner. This becomes the Rue Meyerbeer.
Driving into Nice from Cannes or the airport take the first turning left after the Hotel Negresco.
