Step One: Please enter the following CLIENT information so we may match your artwork to your order: Client name, job name, project name, and name and phone number of the contact person.
Step Two: Please include what MEDIA and VERSION was used to create your artwork for each piece of attached art: We currently support the
Macintosh platform in the following applications: Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw. The PC platform is also supported. PC applications supported: Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, .JPEG, and .TIFF files. All jobs will be proofed prior to production.
Step Three:
Please include a list of all FONTS used in your artwork: Your e-mail should include all fonts that are used in creating your document (both screen and printer fonts). Printer fonts are fonts used for postscripting, plotting or imaging the document. Screen fonts are fonts used in the application software to view your file correctly on the screen. If we do not have the fonts used to create your file you may be asked to send us those fonts.
Step Four:
Please include a list of all PMS spot COLORS used in your artwork. Please do so for each piece of attached art.
