Wine Bottles
The first thing you need to do is to make sure you've got the right kind of bottles. A standard wine bottle has a neck opening 18.5 mm in diameter. This will accommodate a standard cork. There are bottles with different neck sizes on the market, and you may encounter some as used bottles. In particular, the flagon shaped bottles from Portugal (Mateus) have a much smaller neck opening, and screw-top bottles have a very large neck opening. Also, with screw-top bottles, the thinness of the glass in the neck area makes them unsuitable for corking.		  
WINE BOTTLE FILLERS

The Automatic Bottle Filler allows for quick and easy filling of wine bottles. The filler is easily primed and is self-leveling and shuts it's self off when bottle is full. The specially designed tapered tip cascades wine into the bottle. In order to fill additional bottles, simply remove the automatic filler from the first bottle and place it into the next, push down on the lever and the wine flows. NOT A WINE FILTER
Bottle Filling Wand $1.95-
Faster filling with less air. The wand also acts as a fill meter to make sure each bottle as the correct head room. Attaches to 5/16" ID siphon hose or to spigot on bottling bucket.
6.5 Gallon Bottling Bucket with Spigot $8.95-
The bottling bucket is a six gallon pail which has been fitted with a flow valve. It is possible to bottle beer using a siphon but if the siphon is lost, the results can be a disaster. The bottling spigot allows beer or wine to flow freely from the pail and into the bottle. The bottling bucket also serves as a mixing tank for the priming sugar. You can even attach our Automatic Wine Bottle Filler!
