Payment Procedure
Once your itinerary has been prepared and confirmed by you, just email us your credit card details (in two separate emails for security reasons) and we can process your 50% deposit/payment. Once deposit/payment has been made, we can confirm all your bookings with you by email. The balance of your payment is due 2 months prior to your arrival in Samoa.

Cancellation Policy
A full refund on all Green Turtle Tours is available. However, the cancellation policy at the hotels and Traditional Beach Fales applies to us as much as it does to you.
