prices You pay for the apartment, although we
do have a maximum amount of people who can stay in each apartment. check-in
13:00 check-in and 12:00 check out. Upon availability and previous notice we can
allow an earlier check-in time. The price includes?
You pay one flat rate, no extras for electricity or gas etc. All linen and towels
are provided by us. Just bring yourselves Breakfast? We do
not provide breakfast as standard but you have a full equipped kitchen. There
are many restaurants near your apartments so you are spoilt for choice.
Elevators? As it is the old town there are no lifts. We do have 1st
and ground floor apartments if you are unable to climb the stairs In
the Centre Yes all apartments are in the centre of Warsaw Security
All apartments have door phones, at least 2 locks and are in safe areas. You also
have a 24 hour call out number incase you get into trouble. Phone
calls For short term guests we provide free phone calls within in reason.
If you need to call internationally or mobiles we can sell you pre-paid card to
the amount you want to spend Pets You may bring a pet but
will be charge if it causes any damage. Amount of people in and apartment
Studio apartment: 2 people, 1 bedroom apartment: 2-4 people, 2 bedroom apartment:
4-6 people, Large apartments: 6-7, Superior apartments: 6. Pick up
service We can arrange transport for up to 4 people from the airport for
€15. If there is a need we can also arrange the same service from the train
station. Guarded parking There are 3 secure parking areas
around the old town. In our apartments in the three crosses square you get underground
parking as standard. Payment You pay on arrival by credit
card, cash. If you are a Polish Company we also accept a bank transfer.
Check in Check in after 12 pm. We try and get the apartments ready
for you as quickly as possible although on busy days the cleaners may be still
there if you arrive early. You can leave your bags in our office if you arrive
in the morning and your apartment is not ready. You can either come to our office
and then go to the apartment or phone us and arrange a time to meet at your apartment
door. How do I make a reservation Through our web site submission
form, e-mail, phone or fax. You will be asked for a credit card to secure your

CANCELLATION POLICY: We cannot be responsible for bad weather,
illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed
booking had been made and our clients fail to inform us about their decision to
cancel their stay in our apartments prior to seven days before their arrival,
we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation. The details below are maximum
penalties; if possible we prefer to ask for mild compensation, as often we are
able to fill the places, the only case we are strict in is no show. The cancellation
fee will be debited automatically from credit card. In absolute necessity,
we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit.
- Bookings for 1-3 nights Cancellation more than 7 days prior
to arrival: no charge Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 1 night charge
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: whole stay charge
