CHRISTMAS RESERVATION FORM

Christmas Holiday is Mammoth's busiest time. Lodging is always sold out. We are happy to help you find a place, and we do know who has availability, after all we are the City Concierge. However you need to also work with us so that we can make this simple and fast and get you the most appropriate accomodations.

Due to the high number of calls and emails, please give us the most accurate telephone numbers. Write extra numbers in the comments section. We need to know how flexible you on the dates and what price range, so please specifiy in the comments section. When we call to confirm your order, please be prepared with a valid credit card number. If it is not valid, we won't be able to call you back. We regret for any inconvenience, however available rooms fill up instantly and the time it takes to get you on the telephone, can mean the reservation is given away. Yes... it is that busy, and the rooms are going for a premium. We hope you understand. .

Once you press submit, your reservation will be processed and you will receive a confirmation by email that we received your reservation, and a phone call to verify the details and take payment information. HOLIDAY TRAVEL

Here are some things you should know:

This form will help us find you last minute lodging that would otherwise be sold out. Calling us on the phone does not help find better accomodations.

To see all available lodging that you can book yourself, please use our central reservation area. Condos usually fill up first so be sure to try the hotel area as well.

We do charge a $35.00 fee to book you lodging and other add ons. If you don't want to pay our resrvation fee, feel free to call the lodging properties in town, You will find their numbers here. (They also charge a reservation fee!)

There are no "deals" during the holidays. Most places in fact, charge a premium.

This form calculates approximate costs. Taxes and other fees are not included. Use it for just an estimation. Your actual cost will be calculated when a reservation confirms your order.

SPECIAL NOTE: if you give us bad phone numbers or emails, or you do not check your messages, we will not call you back more than one time and we regret that if you ask us to call you back at a later time, your reservation may be given away. The lodging properties do not have 24 hour holds during this time.
