*To ensure that we can provide for a comfortable stay for all of our guests, we need to know about any needs you may have that would not be typical of most guests. Some examples of "special requirements" might be : "cat free environment needed due to severe allergy" (we have cats in residence) , or "must have suite with private bath" (we have rooms with both shared and private baths), or "very sensitive to most cleaning fluids", etc. We can only be responsible for providing the special conditions you may require if we are informed of them in advance. Cancellations due to requirements not specified at the time of making your reservation will result in the forfeit of your deposit.
