Built in 1929, Filberg Lodge is located on nine acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. The old exotic trees 
from many parts of the world, herb gardens, flower gardens, acres of manicured lawns provide an enjoyable 
setting for a stroll or picnic. Filberg is home of the "Hands On Childrens Petting Zoo".

Each year, on the BC Day long weekend ( the first weekend in August ) the Filberg Festival is held, featuring works by internationally acclaimed Artists, Craftspeople, and Entertainers.
