Introduction - Jane receives referrals for from a number of

Interview - Once Jane speaks with a new client, she sets-up an
interview in order to meet them in person and get details on what they are
looking for. During the interview she connects them with a mortgage broker and
gets the pre-approval for financing ready. |

Financing & Research - Research begins after the interview to find
the right homes or office space for the client. These two tasks go on
simultaneously so she doesn’t see a need to separate them into two steps. |

Showings - Determine times and dates for the client to view the
potential properties.

|
5. |
Offer – Fill out the paperwork and negotiate with the owners |
|
|
6. |
Inspection – Arrange the inspector and coordinate details of the
process. Janes knows this is a critical time for the home buyer as Its their
last chance to back-out of the deal without losing escrow money. |

7 |
Closing – Follow up and finalize any loose ends, keeping in touch
with the clients. It usually takes 2 – 4 weeks after inspection. |

Follow-up – Congratulate the new property owners now the deal is
done! Updating the new address and telephone number is in order. |
