Set off for the adventurous trail in Khao Sok and let your
energy worked out! Rock you body on Jumbo without jet, take a deep
breath of the fresh air in the verdant jungle while listening to
bird-songs all around. And, add, paddle smoothly in the midst of
virgin nature. What a wonderful experience you will have! So enjoy
one of the most beautiful natures in Southern Thailand.
Itinerary
Day 1: Phuket or Khao Lak - Khao Sok (L/D)
Pick up at your hotel in Phuket or Khao Lak by van. Drive to Phang
Nga province to an elephant camp. Information will be given on
elephants and their conservation. Trek on elephant back and
experience back into the jungle to see variety of tropical
vegetation and experience a true jungle atmosphere. Lunch is a
selection of not too spicy Thai dishes. After lunch, continue to
Klong Sok river near Khao Sok National Park. Start a canoe trip on
inflatable canoes with a person to paddle for your life jackets
are provided. Pass limestone mountains covered in jungle
vegetation along the banks of the river. Birds such as kingfisher,
herons, egrets and even wild monkeys live in this area. Enjoy one
of the best natural sceneries of South Thailand! Check in to a
jungle style resort for dinner and stay overnight. The rooms have
mosquito nets and an attached bathroom on the season safari tents
with attached bathroom may be used as well.
Day 2: Khao Sok - Khao Lak or Phuket (B/L)
Breakfast at the resort. Depart by 4WD to explore the Khao Sok
area; there will be a natural trail walk in the jungle, visit to a
cave and the opportunity to see coffee and rubber plantations.
Lunch will be either packed or eaten at a local village
restaurant. Return to the resort to freshen up before your
transfer by van to your hotel in Khao Lak or Phuket in late
afternoon.

Note:
Participants should bring along the following items: Non slip
foot wear, sports shoes are OK, a change of foot wear, change of
cloths, swim wear, towel, sun protection or rain coat, as
weather can be changeable, torch light, personal first aid kit.
A bag or pack is advised, suitcases are not practical.
Accommodation in basis non-air conditioned room or safari tent
with cold shower.
