Refunds, Cancellations &
Revisions
All Cancellations or Revisions must be made through our Customer
Service Department
Cancellations or Revisions received via e-mail will not be accepted.
Cancellations taken between the
day the reservation was originally booked up until 3 days prior to,
(before), the arrival date will be subject to a $30.00 nonrefundable
penalty. Cancellations taken within 3 days of the arrival date will be
subject to the $30.00 penalty AND the price of the first nights room and
tax due to the hotel. Please call with any questions.
No-Show's at the hotel
are subject to the $30.00 handing fee and the first night room charge, due
to the hotel. The hotel will automatically cancel all additional nights in
the event of a no-show, unless prior arrangements are made with our
Customer Service Department.
Revisions in any existing
reservations are subject to a $30.00 handing fee per room.
