Confidentiality of Official Records under Section 119.07(1) & (2)
Confidential Form in PDF Format We are currently planning a project to make images of documents in the Official Records available on the Internet from 1990 to the present. The above-cited statute indicates that certain individuals can, upon request, have information removed from the Official Records as follows: home address (street and number), phone number, social security number, and photograph. This exemption may also apply to information concerning spouses and children.
Please read the profession category in the following chart to see if you or somebody you know qualifies. Please note that an "X" in the following chart determines which information categories apply to your confidentiality request.

Microfilm rolls containing these images are housed in our offices and have been purchased by private companies. Once images are released on the Internet, we will remove the corresponding microfilm from public view in our offices.
You may visit any one of our offices between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, to search the public records. You may also click on our Official Records Listing.
