About The Delphi International Program

U.S. Exchange Visitors: In Their Own Words
 Survey for current and former program participants of United States Department of State or United States Information Agency exchange programs.

The Delphi International Program of World Learning is dedicated to facilitating exchanges among professionals from the United States and around the world. Core programs include the administration of observational study tours and educational exchanges. The program is included among the activities managed by World Learning for International Development in Washington, DC.

In addition to its core programs, Delphi is experienced in providing specialized logistical and administrative services in support of government and private sector exchange activities. Such services include:

  • Design of study tour programs, including meetings with government officials, and representatives from appropriate private-sector, academic, and professional organizations;
  • Preparation of briefing materials and background readings;
  • Arrangement of all logistical support for the program (international and domestic air travel, local ground transportation, appropriate hotel accommodations);
  • Organization of cultural events such as dinner at the home of an American; tickets to theaters, movies, sporting events, visits to national parks; and
  • Administration of all financial arrangements as necessary

Programs can be arranged in Washington, D.C., and in one or more of one hundred cities, large and small, throughout the United States.
