The seminar includes a free visit to see forecasters at work at
the Met Office.

Global temperatures are expected to increase by some 3 °C by the
end of the 21st century - which raises serious issues for all areas
of government and industry. With the expected high rate of change
in temperatures, people are concerned with:
- The potential impacts of such increases
- The limited ability of such increases
- The limited ability of natural ecosystems and of human activities
to adapt to these rapid changes
Our climate change training programmes tackle these issues and
more - and focus on the impact of climate change on specific industry
