* Votes can be cast in the ballot either in person or by a proxy - someone attending the AGM who is appointed by the non-attending member to vote on their behalf. There are two forms of proxy vote. First, the proxy may be instructed exactly how to vote - these are 'specified' votes. Alternatively, the proxy can be given discretion as to how they vote - these are 'discretionary' votes. The voting results table show these different categories separately.
