Pupukea is an excellent hideaway from the hustle and bustle
of city life. Located in
a quiet area favorable for walking and biking. Yet within 3-5 minutes
is Pupukea Beach a superb swimming area with a large protected water area
for smaller children or non-swimmers. Adjacent is Shark’s Cove, one of
the premiere snorkeling and scuba diving areas on the island.
Within minutes are world famous Sunset Beach, Bonsai Pipe Line
and Waimea Bay known for their championship surfing. There are activities
for all ages. The # 1 Hawaiian tourist attraction, “The Polynesian Cultural
Center” is a must see. Waimea Falls Park offers moonlight walks and hiking,
historic Haleiwa town offers local shopping, dining, art galleries, and
world famous Matsumoto’s (Hawaiian shaved ice). A 15-minute drive will
take you to the Turtle Bay Resort where you can enjoy fine dinning, horseback
riding and its championship golf course. You won’t be bored on our North
Shore as activities are too long to list, however Honolulu, Waikiki and
the airport are just 45 minutes away.
