Software requirements
A media player, either Real Player or Windows Media Player, is required to view the AGM. If you already have one of these players installed, click one of the links below to test your system. A successful test will show images of National Trust properties set to music. Please note that most PCs using Windows already have Windows Media Player installed.

System requirements
For the media players to work properly, your computer needs the following minimum requirements:

  • A Pentium PC, or MAC (Power PC) equivalent or higher.
  • A sound card with speakers or headphones.
  • A 28.8Kb/s Internet connection or better.
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer v4.0 or later, Netscape Navigator v4.6 or later.

For users behind a firewall, you may experience problems viewing video content. If this is the case, please contact your IT department to arrange for your firewall to be configured to accept streaming video.
