, This program provides up to $5,000 for American students to pursue overseas study for college credit.

FULLBRIGHT PROGRAM
, The Fulbright Program is designed to "increase mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of other countries..." With this goal, the Fulbright Program has provided more than 250,000 participants with the opportunity to study and teach in each other's countries, exchange ideas, and develop joint solutions to address shared concerns.

SCHOOL PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
, The School Partnership Program links schools in Eurasia with schools in the United States in one-on-one partnerships. This program helps schools to develop projects, teaching materials, and student organizations that help to internationalize and further democratize their schools.

SAUDI ARABIA YOUTH AMBASSADORS
, Twenty students and two adult leaders from 11 States flew to Jeddah to begin their 3-week visit to the Saudi Kingdom. They were hosted by families and participated in activities designed to teach them about Saudi society and culture.

AMERICAN COUNCIL OF YOUNG POLITICAL LEADERS (ACYPL)
, ACYPL is one of the Office of Citizen Exchanges' "Traditional Public-Private Partnerships" (TPPP) grantee organizations. ACYPL enhances mutual understanding of political systems, foreign cultures, and ideologies among emerging American and foreign political leaders, ages 25-40.

GERMAN AMERICAN YOUTH EXCHANGE PROGRAM

The program is designed to strengthen ties between the younger generations of both countries. Participants expand their perspectives and awareness of each other's culture, society, history, and politics. German and American youth are provided a full scholarship for an academic year.

, This program establishes and supports linkages between secondary schools in the United States and China for the purpose of mutual education and the development of student participation in community affairs.

, The America-Israel Friendship League promotes the exchange of Israeli and American secondary school students who represent the multiethnic diversity of both countries, and provide a forum for students to explore their shared history, values, and interests as democracies made up of immigrants.
