Citizens Jury to inform Waterway development
On Friday 29, Saturday 30 November and Monday 2 December, an independent
Jury of 16 citizens, selected from the local communities along the proposed
routes, will meet at the Forest Centre in Marston Moretaine to hear evidence
from, and question, a range of expert witnesses, to give an indepth public
view about two key issues: "what is important in developing a Waterway that
will benefit the public, and what concerns must be overcome?" The witness
sessions are open to all as observers, on a first come first serve basis.
See briefing, timetable and map for further information. Exhibition materials
will also be available to the public and Trust members will be on hand to
answer questions. Do drop in to any session that particularly interests you.
The Jury will report on Monday 2 December at 4.15, and a full report will
follow and be placed on this website.
