How do I receive Support:

There are two ways to receive support for Remote Access:

1.Call the Helpdesk -- (202) 712-1234

  • Your first point of contact should be the Helpdesk. They have been trained to handle most problems and/or questions. They have also been trained to determine if the problem belongs to the RAS Support group, the SmartGate Support group or another group. This will cut down on the time it takes to receive the correct support needed.

2.Send an e-mail to RAS.Support@USAID.GOV -- Internet e-mail address

  • Your second option is to contact RAS Support directly using e-mail. RAS Support will then look at your problem and/or question, then provide you with information or pass it onto the appropriate group. RAS Support provides (Electronic Support Only)
