| Reservations |
| Storage Shed, (only) remaining on a space: A Reservation is required for the month of November - March to avoid paying the storage fees during the months of April - October. |

| To reserve your space for the Next Season you must reserve by Feb. 15th, or after this date the space is open to anyone. |
| A Reservation for 3 months is requested. The first months rent is REQUIRED to hod your reservation. The remaining two months rent will be due upon arrival ($638 with Nov. Res., or $686 with Dec. and Jan Res.) "OR" pay the monthly rate. |
| Cancellations: A cancellatoin fee of $50 is nonrefundable prior to Oct. 1st. No refunds after Oct. 1st. |
